Accommodations by Apple Corporate Housing is a preferred, cost-effective alternative to traditional and extended stay hotels. Accommodations by Apple features 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment homes – fully furnished with everything you’ll need to make your temporary residence feel just like home.
Accommodations by Apple requires a 30-day minimum lease. If you require a shorter stay, we may be able to locate a suitable hotel for a shorter period of time. However, after cost comparison, if more than 17 days is required, it is usually more cost effective to lease an apartment from us for 30 days if available.
Month-to-Month Leases book quickly in the Kansas City Market. If we do not have a Month-to-Month Lease option available during your preferred time period, we may be able to offer a two or three month lease option. Please contact one of our relocation professionals for current availability.
Because we are not property specific, we can locate a property that will be conveniently located in or near your desired area, therefore minimizing disruption to school/work schedules and traveling.
One invoice per month will be customized to meet your needs. In addition to checks, we accept American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.
Direct Billing is available for preferred corporate partners: Sprint, Black & Veatch, Burns & McDonald, Garmin, Kewit Power, & Cerner.
If your company is not currently listed on our “preferred partner” list, just let us know and we will do our best to have them added.
Many of the apartments we work with allow pets. There is usually an additional deposit that would be required and sometimes there is a weight limit on the size of pets, as well as potential breed restrictions.
We will always try to find the most family-friendly and pet-friendly accommodations available. After all, we have children and pets too, and that's exactly what we'd expect from temporary housing for ourselves!
